Dominique Blanchard

Dominique has a fascination and passion with the emotional and physical connection of the body. So much so, she studies her students' movements to provide cues and assists to help them enhance their alignment to provide more balance in their life. 

Her inclusive teaching will enhance your personal power, transform emotional content, and empower you to be the best you can be. She's a firm believer that our "web of connective tissue holds a direct response to our emotional reality, and we are the only ones who have control of our connective tissue." 

Dominique received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with "Free to Be" in New Orleans in 2014 and completed Level 1, 2, and 3 Teacher Training and Art of Assisting with the Baptiste Institute. In 2022, she also led her first yoga teacher training at The Space Yoga in Lafayette.

And that's not all - Dominique is also a licensed massage therapist and Cranial Sacral therapist.
