Mandolin began practicing yoga in 2019 as a freshman in college and instantly felt a connection to the practice. Since then, yoga has been a constant source of calm and positive energy in her life. With a background in psychology and mental health care, she is drawn to the reflective, mindful, and nurturing values that yoga emphasizes physically and emotionally. The goal of her classes is to remind you to move through life as a student on and off your mat - we all have something new to offer! As someone who loves learning and sharing growth with others, her classes are focused around exploring and honing movement in a safe and supportive learning environment, where feedback and suggestions are encouraged. She is excited to share this intention with everyone she has the pleasure of practicing with!
