Nichole started her journey with health & wellness years ago as a dancer and dance instructor. That background evolved into a love for fitness where she explored several avenues from group fitness, running, triathlon training, personal training & nutrition coaching.
With her dance background, she has a focus on form and alignment to ensure client’s protect their bodies throughout their workouts. She is a certified group fitness instructor and loves to motivate others to be the best version of themselves through physical fitness and total wellness.
Nichole is also a certified nutrition coach & owns Total Wellness Coaching where she teaches people how to fuel their bodies with a healthy balance of real food to get real results.
Nichole will be offering strength and stability classes that will challenge the body with an emphasis on core control and HIIT (high intensity interval training), paired with strength and power. With form, injury prevention, and strength as her focus, Nichole’s classes will provide something for all levels of fitness to participate.
Nichole will also be offering personal training and nutrition coaching to anyone who wants to take control of their total wellness and create a healthier lifestyle.
