Tori found yoga in February 2020 after a friend reached out and invited her to take a yoga class at the new studio she was teaching at. She was extremely hesitant and not sure yoga was for her. She had been making excuses for years using the most common excuse she is NOT flexible & won't be able to do any of the poses. She went to the first class and it was amazing!!! She left feeling strong and like she could do anything. She was hooked from that moment on & started practicing 2 to 3 times a week.
As she continued to practice something shifte, she felt happier, healthier and less stressed. She became more confident and comfortable in her own skin. Her practice became stronger and stronger and even got the calling to become an instructor. She found herself through her practice. She learned to love and accept herself, even her flaws.
She is so excited be a part of this amazing supportive community and want to share it with her students. She hopes to encourage them to believe they are strong, amazing souls and to love and accept themselves, even the flaws. In her free time, she loves to travel with her husband enjoying mountain biking, kayaking and hiking.
