Victoria has been living in Mandeville for 30 years. She is a wife and mother of 23 year old triplets and 3 adult stepchildren. She is a graduate of LSU and a licensed Physical Therapist for 32 years. She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has been a triathlete for over 20 years and has completed many marathons, triathlons including a full Ironman.
Victoria has been active her entire life and in the fitness industry since she was 18. She was introduced to yoga 24 years ago and has always come back to it for active recovery during triathlon training. When her triplets left for college she decided it was time to deepen her knowledge of yoga and pursue her 200 hour RYT certification. She was initially drawn to power yoga and the philosophy of Brian Kest because of its incorporation of strength, balance, and stretch components holding poses for longer durations. As her yoga knowledge deepened, she realized the importance of meditation and the calming effects on and off the mat. Her intent is to encourage and inspire others and share her passion for yoga and fitness with everyone she meets.
Victoria wants everyone to realize they can do yoga regardless of their age, past injuries or fitness level. She wants to empower and motivate others to enjoy a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle. During her free time she and her husband Jody enjoy being outdoors, paddle boarding, traveling, drinking good wine and spending time with their friends and family.
