Each week, you'll explore different styles of yoga, from foundational poses to calming breathwork, all designed to help you overcome fears, build confidence, and find what resonates with you. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these classes are here to support you every step of the way.

January 7th (Tuesday) - Welcome/Basic Poses with Dom:
Get comfortable with the foundational yoga poses. Build confidence in your practice, understand proper alignment, and create a strong foundation to support you throughout the masterclass.
January 9th (Thursday) - Vinyasa with JoEllen:
Flow through a series of poses linked with breath. Increase flexibility, build strength, and improve coordination while connecting movement with breath.

January 14th (Tuesday) - Warrior Series 1 with Dom:
Explore the powerful Warrior poses. Enhance stability, build lower body strength, and boost mental focus through these dynamic and empowering poses.
January 16th (Thursday) - Balancing Poses Series 1 with JoEllen:

February 4th (Tuesday) - Balancing Poses Series 2 with Dom:
Take your balance practice to the next level. Further develop balance, refine your focus, and continue to build core strength.
February 6th (Thursday) - Crescent/Neutral Poses with Slow Flow with Dominique:
Integrate Crescent and Neutral poses into a slow flow. Open up the hips, strengthen the legs, and deepen your practice through mindful movement.

February 11th (Tuesday) - Yin & Reiki with Teresa:
Surrender into deep stretches and receive healing energy. Enhance flexibility, release deep-seated tension, and experience emotional healing and relaxation.
February 13th (Thursday) - Warm Flow with Teresa:
Flow through poses in a warm, soothing environment. Improve circulation, increase flexibility, and detoxify the body in a gentle, heated flow session.
